League Referee (and Match Reporter): Dances with Emutants
League Rules: The Chi-Town League is an open amateur division leauge. In addtion to the standard amateur division restrictions (only trooper level players, Av3 maximum attack value, maximum points fielded 400-499), area affect weapons were banned.
